Responsibilities

Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications.
Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels.
Ensure high availability and best system performance.
Comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings).
Maintain a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in relevant technologies.
Skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
Proficiency with IBM ACE, REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateways, and message brokers (Kafka/MQ).
Experience with vulnerability scanners, audit documentation, HSTS, and SSL hardening.
Knowledge of IBM API CONNECT, IBM APP CONNECT, IBM MQ, CP4I, and CP4D.
Familiarity with RedHat Linux and Apache.
Shell scripting skills.
Experience in patching and hardening of OS and Applications.
