About the Job:
The Digital Analytics Manager will address high-value analytical problem statements posed by various teams and departments at the company, specifically within the Digital & eCommerce team. Reporting to the Digital Engagement Senior Manager and guided by the Digital & eCommerce Director, the role requires leveraging advanced analytical skills and a comprehensive analytical toolkit to lead and visualize the company’s digital and enterprise data resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration in a multi-disciplinary environment. The manager will also be encouraged to continuously develop skills for data analysis and problem-solving, keeping up with industry-leading digital analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact digital and enterprise analytics projects, translating complex datasets into actionable insights to address priority business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Commercial units, to understand analytical needs and promote data-informed decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring clarity and relevance for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Apply advanced analytical and data science techniques, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to enhance digital customer journeys and commercial performance.
  • Evolve analytics methodologies and tools, staying updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s digital analytics capabilities.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting and data management, and/or data science models in commercial/digital processes, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field; additional qualifications in analytical disciplines are advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Good project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
