About the Job:

You will provide L1/L2 support for mobile banking, internet banking, and customer experience platforms, ensuring high system availability and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor application performance, service SLAs, and error alerts.
• Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and provide timely fixes or workarounds.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for issue resolution.
• Support releases, deployments, and validation in production environments.
• Maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and incident documentation.
• Perform daily health checks and ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
