Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor application performance, service SLAs, and error alerts.
- Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and provide timely fixes or workarounds.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for issue resolution.
- Support releases, deployments, and validation in production environments.
- Maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and incident documentation.
- Perform daily health checks and ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
