We are currently looking for a Digital Applications Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following responsibilities:

  • Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications.
  • Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
  • Experience with IBM ACE, REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateways, and message brokers (Kafka/MQ).
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK stack, and ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of SSL hardening, vulnerability scanners, and audit documentation.
  • Proficiency with IBM API CONNECT, IBM APP CONNECT, IBM MQ, CP4I, CP4D, and Redis.
  • Shell scripting skills and experience with RedHat Linux and Apache.
  • Ability to comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings).
  • Experience maintaining a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity.

  • Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
