Digital Applications Administrator (Applications deployed on RedHat OpenShift)

We are currently looking for a Digital Applications Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications.
• Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels.
• Ensure high availability and best system performance.
• Comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings).
• Maintain a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
• Experienced with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab), monitoring tools (Dynatrace), and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with IBM ACE, REST/SOAP APIs, and message brokers (Kafka/MQ).
• Knowledge of SSL hardening, vulnerability scanners, and audit documentation.
• Skills in configuration of IBM API CONNECT and APP CONNECT, including security policies and integration troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IBM MQ with an emphasis on channel security and message tracking.
• Experience with OpenShift and management of integration platforms.
• Competence in Shell scripting and hardening of OS and Applications.
