The company is seeking a talented Digital Asset and BIM Expert with rail or metro project experience to join our team! You will lead and manage BIM implementation and execution for transportation projects, collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy and championing innovation within the project.
- Providing advice and support to the client and support chain regarding emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements.
- Developing and maintaining client BIM documentation aligned with ISO19650 standards.
- Assessing the support chain and facilitating mobilization and BIM kick-off meetings.
- Creating detailed work process maps to streamline project workflows.
- Ensuring compliance of Appointed Parties' BIM documentation and other digital deliverables with client and international standards.
- Conducting regular BIM Coordination meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Organizing digital workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Facilitating lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes.
- Performing inter-disciplinary design checks to ensure integration and accuracy.
- Monitoring and tracking implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
- Providing flexible cover and support for the BIM Coordinators team when required.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management from a recognized institution/university.
- Over 15 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, specifically working with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 standards on rail and metro projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit.
- Strong understanding of digital delivery strategies and emerging technologies in the construction industry.
- Experience in conducting BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, and lessons learned sessions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support the engineering team.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, stakeholders, and various project teams.
- GCC experience is preferred.
