Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:
- Define and continuously refine the fund’s investment strategy, asset allocation, and risk framework across digital asset markets.
- Oversee portfolio construction including liquid tokens, market-neutral and yield strategies, and structured products.
- Ensure disciplined position sizing, liquidity management, and drawdown control.
- Maintain a deep understanding of digital asset market dynamics and developments.

Business:
- Serve as the primary investment spokesperson to the Board and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and risk analysis.
- Support investor due diligence and fundraising discussions when required.

Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to policies related to Technology & Innovation and manage risk and control weaknesses responsibly.

Governance:
- Ensure effective governance of SCV activities in the region.

Regulatory & Business Conduct:
- Embody the highest standards of ethics and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in investment, fundraising, M&A, or related fields (VC/PE, investment banking, private equity).
- Strong understanding of B2B blockchain applications, and digital assets, including tokens and smart contracts.
- Proficient in Excel, cash flow modeling, and investment valuation.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
