Digital Audit Operations Analyst

About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to validate and refine Automated Control Tests (ACT) results in collaboration with the audit unit. This ensures accuracy and completeness before sharing findings with relevant stakeholders. The role involves engaging with various teams and maintaining effective communication to support operational efficiency and audit strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and refine ACT results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the audit unit and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a clear understanding of findings and necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the IT team to resolve any technical or operational issues affecting the execution of automated control tests.
• Communicate identified exceptions to stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Monitor and track the resolution of identified issues, ensuring timely follow-up and effective execution of action plans.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that summarize ACT results, progress on issue resolution, and relevant insights to support management's decision-making processes.
• Oversee the monitoring of continuous audit services to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Manage internal audit communications with relevant stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Foster a data-driven culture through training and collaboration.

Experience Required

• 0-2 years of experience in auditing.

Nature of Experience

• Relevant experience in the field of auditing.

Job Band

• Professional level.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications may be considered an asset.
