- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and in-depth investigations into processes while engaging stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison between sales & distribution teams and technology teams for digital case submissions or issues.
- Investigating and resolving issues related to digital case processing and approvals.
- Collaborating closely with IT and product teams to improve digital sales journeys, and providing post-release support in the form of sanity testing and debugging activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and best practices.
