Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions aligning with the bank's strategic goals and IT roadmap.
- Banking Domain Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of banking and financial services to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their integration into the bank's IT landscape.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define solution architecture that meets business objectives.
- System Integration: Develop integration strategies for seamless data exchange between different banking systems.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure solution designs align with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing solution architecture's performance and scalability.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to solution implementation.
- Documentation and Governance: Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with architectural governance processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and agility in solution delivery.
Requirements:

Must-Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of digital banking technologies, core banking systems, and payment systems.
- Proficiency in architectural design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
