As a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) platforms, you will focus on localization, regional compliance, and Arabic UI/UX. Your expertise will be essential in validating and enhancing our digital banking services across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Validate Right-to-Left (RTL) layout rendering and ensure flawless Arabic language localization across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Execute usability and omnichannel integration testing to guarantee consistent customer journeys.
Audit digital builds against CBUAE accessibility and customer protection mandates prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Core Skill Set

Deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem.
Proficient in UI/UX testing.
Experience with localization/internationalization frameworks.
Fluent in Arabic and English banking terminology.

Years of Experience

5–8 years in mobile/digital banking Quality Assurance (QA).

Preferred Certifications

Mobile Application Testing (CMAP).
ISTQB Foundation.
