Job Description:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in digital channel development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital channel technologies, platforms, and frameworks, including web and mobile development, responsive design, APIs, microservices, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with frontend technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, iOS, and Android, and familiarity with backend technologies like Java, Node.js, .NET, and Python.
- Proficiency in architecture design principles, patterns, and methodologies, with experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure digital channel architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience with cloud-based digital channel solutions and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital space.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are desirable.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of digital channel solutions, including web and mobile applications, chatbots, social media integrations, and other digital touchpoints, to meet the bank's business objectives and customer needs.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric design approach, ensuring that digital channel solutions deliver intuitive, seamless, and personalized experiences across all customer touchpoints.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms in the digital space, recommending innovative solutions to enhance digital channels.
- Omnichannel Integration: Define omnichannel strategies and architectures to enable consistent experiences across multiple digital channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and insights to inform the design and optimization of digital channel solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that digital solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for data privacy.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancements within digital channel architectures.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various teams to gather requirements and drive successful solution delivery.
- Documentation and Governance: Create and maintain documentation, architectural diagrams, and design artifacts.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and innovation of digital channel solution delivery processes.
