Digital Cloud Solution Architect - Arabic Speaking

About the Job:

As a Digital Cloud Solution Architect (DCSA) at Microsoft, you will become an integral member of our technical sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid). Your responsibilities will include leading engagements to achieve revenue targets, leveraging best practices to guide customer strategy, and driving cloud consumption through targeted actions. You will develop customer affinity with Microsoft programs and ensure that solutions align with business goals and technical environments.

This position requires close engagement with clients to meet or exceed team targets. You will analyze customer needs and usage, architect solutions for successful deployments, and collaborate with the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer engagements to achieve revenue and consumption goals.
• Analyze customer usage versus needs to drive cloud consumption.
• Architect solutions that meet IT and business requirements while ensuring successful implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the Microsoft ecosystem to deploy effective cloud solutions.
• Maintain customer progress in CRM for forecasting and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical architecture, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales, or a related Bachelor’s degree with some experience in these areas.
• Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms are a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Preference will be given to Saudi citizens.
