You will shape customer relationships for a strategic set of Microsoft's customers, who are adopting industry-leading products and services. Serving as the central point of contact for the customer, you will help drive Microsoft's existing cloud and enterprise consumption through developing and managing these relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead, drive, and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
- Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth to expand the use of Azure, cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions.
- Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct analyses into customer usage versus needs to drive greater cloud and support consumption.
- Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments.
- Collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure properly deployed cloud solutions on Azure.
- Manage customer progress in CRM to forecast, assess risk, and identify performance plans during deal and pipeline reviews with management.
Qualifications
- A number of years experience in technical architecture, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with a few years of relevant experience, OR
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms with a few years of experience in related fields.
- Preference will be given to Saudi Citizens.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
