Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development and implementation of Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management in line with corporate objectives.
  • Directs and manages the Digital Communication Performance & Monitoring Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of websites and social media platforms to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Manage access controls to prevent unauthorized usage.
  • Lead the implementation of standardized content models and brand-aligned messaging across digital channels.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of real-time monitoring systems to detect brand impersonation, fake accounts, misinformation, and reputation threats.
  • Monitor platform functionality and user satisfaction based on performance data, recommending enhancements where needed.
  • Provide strategic insights and response recommendations based on sentiment analysis and trend monitoring to safeguard the brand.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate Digital Marketing, Communication, or marketing management within the telecommunication industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Certified Social Marketing Associate (CSMA) is desirable.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Defines goals and key performance indicators for team members and ensures effective application of the performance management process.
  • Ensures high levels of employee engagement and capability development by providing ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Directs planning and selection of manpower in line with the business and operational plans.
