As the Digital Delivery Director, you will:
- Lead the operations of the Common Data Environment (CDE) to facilitate design and review activities across a major infrastructure program for both BIM and GIS.
- Manage a team of BIM and GIS Managers and Senior Managers, ensuring service alignment and consistency.
- Serve as the primary interface with key client accounts for the delivery of digital services.
- Develop the vision and strategic direction for enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
- Support the Digital Steering Committee and various Working Groups, ensuring agreement on Digital Delivery services, applications, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Platforms team to define and deliver advanced digital solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Oversee training programs to enhance digital awareness and capabilities across the programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital technology.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, GIS, Geography, Geomatics, or Computer Science.
- 20+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience in digital engineering services.
- Proficiency in common data environments and collaboration platforms, notably Autodesk Construction Cloud, Civil 3D, Revizto, ESRI, Synchro, Cost X, etc.
- Experience in 4D, 5D, and 6D BIM, and managing complex BIM, GIS, or automation programs.
- Excellent leadership, project management skills (PMP or similar certification is a plus), and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
