What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement the BIM strategy for infrastructure projects, aligning with project goals, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead the coordination of BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, construction), ensuring seamless data exchange and integration between stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of 3D models for all disciplines, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and clash-free models throughout the project lifecycle.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital delivery management, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., railways, airports, buildings, utilities, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing BIM workflows across multiple disciplines and throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modelling principles, and data management practices (e.g., ISO 19650, CDE).
- Expertise in clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
- Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Certified BIM Manager, Revit Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in transportation, utilities, or urban development.
