Position Summary: We are seeking a mid-level digital designer with a diverse skill set to support our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing projects, utilizing emerging technology platforms, and designing interactive online content. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative marketing initiatives based on creative briefs. - Utilize emerging technology platforms to maximize creativity and value in projects. - Design and produce interactive online content including email templates, branding kits, social media communications, campaign deliverables, and presentation decks. - Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms. - Create visually appealing final graphics and layouts aligned with brand guidelines. - Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events. - Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify areas for improvement. Desired Qualifications: - Minimum of 4+ years experience in a professional digital design role. - A portfolio showcasing previous online and offline design work demonstrating experience and creativity. - Proficiency with the latest creative platforms, especially the ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence platforms to enhance creativity and productivity. - Experience with outdoor creative asset creation. - Solid knowledge of design software programs, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly. - A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. - Team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills. - A Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
