We are looking for a mid-level digital designer with a broad skill set to support our social media marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will develop innovative social media marketing strategies using creative briefs, utilize emerging technology platforms—including A.I.—to enhance project value, and produce interactive online content like social media communications and campaign deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring design consistency across all company platforms.
- Creating visually appealing graphics and layouts aligned with Brand Guidelines.
- Providing aesthetic advice for campaigns, projects, and events.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content for improvement opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven minimum 4+ years of experience in a professional digital design role in social media.
- A portfolio showcasing previous online and offline design work.
- Proficiency with creative platforms and a solid grasp of design software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
