Job Responsibilities
- Implement plans and provide the necessary inputs to achieve digital development goals that support the Authority's overall strategic objectives.
- Discuss budget requirements for digital development with senior management and provide input related to the budgeting process.
- Ensure optimal use of the digital development budget and provide an accurate report on progress and challenges encountered.
- Validate initiatives and propose the implementation of those that achieve positive financial results for digital development and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Supervise the readiness of test environments and implement system tests and user acceptance tests in accordance with approved standards.
- Oversee design, development, and testing reviews to ensure integrity, quality, and consistency in digital outputs.
- Lead, manage, and direct technical and digital teams to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
- Manage the launches of digital products and services, ensuring the readiness of the systems and related entities, along with plans for retreat and continuity.
- Establish a high-performance working environment and promote the Authority's values.
Job Details
Communication and Contacts
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent degree required.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology Management or Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years at a managerial level.
