Digital Enablement Specialist

As a Digital Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for IT infrastructure development and management, including cloud services, networks, and hardware systems. Key responsibilities include cybersecurity and risk mitigation, technical support and troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration and vendor management, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure development, digital enablement, or IT systems management with a focus on secure and scalable IT systems.
  • Proven experience in managing IT vendors and coordinating with external partners.
  • Experience in monitoring IT system performance and providing technical support.
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate technological risks to ensure business continuity and system security.
  • Familiarity with UAE IT regulations and Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.

• Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Systems Management; master’s degree in IT Management or Digital Transformation preferred.
  • Certifications in IT Infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Azure) or Cybersecurity are highly desirable.

• Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
