Responsibilities:
- Support clients and teams in developing information requirements and managing processes within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Lead the implementation of ISO 19650 standards for digital delivery and assurance.
- Develop BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Produce and manage Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and shared resources.
- Oversee production, assurance, and checking of the Information Model (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
- Provide BIM training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal and client teams.
- Review and integrate emerging technologies to enhance BIM processes.
- Support cost planning, construction sequencing, and digital handover strategies.
- Implement governance, assurance, and compliance with organizational procedures.
- Participate in industry events and maintain expertise in BIM standards and classifications.
Requirements:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy, as required for immigration and client approval.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; BIM certification or training is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
