Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT, network, and hardware operations across hotel and nightlife venues.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of wired and wireless networks.
- Deploy, support, and monitor high-scale consumer and enterprise applications.
- Proactively monitor network and system performance, especially during peak operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades, incidents, and system optimizations.
Requirements:
- Experienced IT leader with hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware.
- Proven experience supporting hospitality and nightlife operations.
- Background managing high-traffic, consumer-facing applications in always-on environments.
- Strong capability in monitoring, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of networks and systems.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Hospitality, SAP, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional skills in improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability, demonstrating a commitment to industry-leading standards.
- Professional and polished appearance in line with the company's grooming standards.
