Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise across digital disciplines to deliver innovative strategies and solutions.
- Lead and oversee multiple digital projects at varying stages of maturity.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing digital teams and external partners.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams and managers, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost tracking for digital elements.
- Contribute to the global Digital Centre of Excellence, sharing knowledge, processes, and case studies.
- Drive performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Champion sustainability by integrating carbon reduction into digital project delivery, supporting net zero transition.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in IT/Digital project delivery across the full lifecycle.
- Specialism in digital disciplines with strong project and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in risk, planning, and reporting tools, including BIM/ISO19650 awareness.
- Relevant degree with professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ISO27001, ITIL, APM/Prince).
