Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a region or country digital growth strategy, ensuring digital competency and implementing relevant actions, such as staffing and onboarding.
- Provide local inputs to value propositions and support regional business development in future digital growth categories.
- Manage digital pipeline and order growth (5Q) and associated KPIs to achieve growth strategy, including winning strategic opportunities and penetrating new market segments.
- Gather local market intelligence, track competitor moves in the digital landscape, and enable regional voice of customer engagements to distill insights.
- Support CMD or LSMs with strategic and local accounts, aligning with value propositions and regional growth strategies while providing functional leadership and coaching to digital sales teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and manage associations to support strategic and local accounts.
- Live out Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Your Background:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
