Candidates must have extensive experience working in the concept, design, and procurement phases of the project lifecycle, along with previous experience in an Engineering Consultancy. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of digital strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in BIM, data analytics, and smart technologies, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination: Manage and coordinate the design development process across various disciplines, ensuring design deliverables are integrated and meet project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
- Digital Strategy and Innovation: Lead digital strategy for the cableway transportation system, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and user experience.
- BIM Implementation and Management: Implement BIM procedures in line with ISO 19650 standards during design, construction, and handover phases.
- Design and Technology Integration: Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate smart technologies into cableway operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective collaboration.
- Operational Excellence and User Experience: Design and implement digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for digital initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in BIM roles, preferably within transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven experience in project management methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies, proficiency in BIM processes, tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for user-centric digital solutions.
Language Requirements:
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing and communication skills.
