The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of digital strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in BIM, data analytics, and smart technologies, as well as a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination: Manage and coordinate the design development process across multiple disciplines, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements, schedules, and budgets.
- Digital Strategy and Innovation: Lead the digital strategy focusing on innovation, sustainability, and user experience while monitoring industry trends.
- BIM Implementation and Management: Implement BIM procedures in line with ISO 19650 standards and support project teams in setting up and maintaining BIM projects.
- Design and Technology Integration: Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate smart technologies into cableway operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence and User Experience: Design and implement digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for digital initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in BIM roles, preferably in transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience in project management methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies and proficiency in BIM processes, ISO 19650 standards, and tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; passion for user-centric digital solutions.
Language Requirements:
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong technical writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Saudi Arabia and/or the Gulf region is highly preferred.
