Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital strategy for the cableway transportation system, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and enhancing user experience through smart technologies and data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement digital tools to improve operational efficiency and safety, by integrating IoT, automation, and analytics into cableway operations.
- Manage BIM processes in accordance with ISO 19650 standards across design, construction, and handover phases, ensuring quality assurance and effective information modeling.
- Oversee user experience design, ensuring services meet visitor expectations, while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and supply chain partners to gather requirements, support understanding, and align digital efforts with organizational goals.
- Support advanced BIM applications, including 4D and 5D construction sequencing, cost strategy, COBie production, and training on data analysis and template creation.
- Maintain and manage digital environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Aconex, ensuring compliance and high-quality information standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, object library development, drawing/sketch production, and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for project management consultancy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in BIM roles, preferably within transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in transportation systems.
