Digital Lead

About the Job
As a Digital Lead, you will be an integral part of Hitachi Energy's operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will establish operational plans for your area and develop and implement innovative products, processes, and standards that significantly impact the achievement of functional results. This role requires effective communication with leadership and involves creating and executing the region's digital growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional or country digital growth strategy, ensuring robust digital competency through actions such as staffing and onboarding.
• Provide local insights to value propositions and support regional business development in emerging digital growth categories.
• Monitor and report on digital pipeline and order growth, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the growth strategy, including penetration into new market segments and the promotion of digital value propositions in the region.
• Analyze local market intelligence and competitor movements in the digital space to facilitate regional voice of customer engagements and distill actionable insights.
• Support the business development teams in strategic account engagements, ensuring alignment with value propositions and regional growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and manage engagement with associations and groups to support local accounts.
• Provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales teams, fostering collaboration within regional digital networks.

Your Background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related domain.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
