Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with school stakeholders, focusing on school leadership and teacher collaboration.
  • Train school leaders and teachers on effectively using the company Platform and related data and features.
  • Facilitate data collection and analysis to identify gaps and suggest improvement solutions.
  • Lead training systems to support teachers' product utilization and long-term adoption.
  • Align product/service goals with the needs and expectations of educators.
  • Develop coaching strategies to enhance the utilization of the company's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and empower customer success.

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need:

  • An educational degree related to core subjects (preference for Math and Science).
  • Strong knowledge and experience using educational technology in K-12 settings.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a K-12 environment (cycles 2-3).
  • Understanding of instructional strategies, curriculum standards, and assessments.
  • Experience with ed tech tools, along with the ability to implement and train others in using them.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging practices in relevant subjects (Arabic, Math, and Science).
  • A ‘Change Agent’ mindset, capable of conveying a clear vision to educators.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
