We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across the Saudi Arabian and UAE markets. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a marketing professional who can develop comprehensive digital marketing plans while taking direct ownership of campaign execution, paid advertising budgets, lead generation, and measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and a data-driven mindset, with proven experience in B2B service-based industries and practical expertise in leveraging AI and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the annual digital marketing strategy and execution plan for KSA and UAE.
- Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and the most effective digital channels to drive business growth.
- Establish measurable marketing objectives aligned with lead generation and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Personally plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, focusing on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Oversee and directly contribute to SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing activities.
- Develop and execute bilingual marketing initiatives in Arabic and English.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and lead generation results.
Paid Advertising & Budget Ownership
- Take full ownership of the digital advertising budget, including planning, allocation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Determine the most effective distribution of advertising spend across channels and target markets.
- Track campaign costs, qualified leads, and marketing-generated revenue to maximize return on investment.
AI Integration & Marketing Automation
- Leverage AI tools in daily marketing activities, including content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing activities through AI-powered solutions and automation tools.
Performance Reporting & Lead Generation
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering advertising spend, qualified leads, conversion performance, and revenue generated by each channel.
- Work closely with inbound sales and regional sales teams to improve lead qualification and marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Ensure marketing activities contribute directly to measurable business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, including at least 2 years of direct ownership of digital marketing strategy and advertising budgets.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a service-based business, such as professional services, consulting, marketing agencies, or language services. E-commerce-only experience is not suitable.
- Demonstrated experience personally managing and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting both Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, supported by measurable campaign results.
- Proven experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, SEO, email marketing, and landing page management.
- Practical, daily experience using AI tools in marketing workflows, with the ability to demonstrate real use cases.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect marketing performance to qualified leads and revenue.
- Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of marketing initiatives, and execute strategies directly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
- Experience targeting Saudi government entities or enterprise clients.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
Working Relationships
The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with:
- The marketing team.
- The inbound sales team.
- The KSA and UAE sales teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive fixed salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Performance-based bonus linked to qualified leads and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Opportunity to take full ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution across two key GCC markets.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader, not just a strategist. Someone who can develop the plan, execute campaigns independently, manage budgets effectively, leverage AI and automation, and demonstrate how their marketing efforts translate into qualified leads and business revenue.
If you have successfully driven B2B lead generation in both KSA and UAE and are ready to take full ownership of digital marketing performance, we'd love to hear from you.
