Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in handling strategic online initiatives and leading innovative marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution. You will monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to ensure they remain effective and engaging. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating advertising contracts and collaborating with teams across departments to discuss plans and strategies. A crucial part of your role will involve working with the finance team to manage the marketing budget effectively and keeping abreast of emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handling strategic online initiatives
• Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
• Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
• Negotiating advertising contracts
• Working with other department heads and teams to discuss plans and marketing strategies
• Collaborating with finance team to set and stay within budget
• Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required
• Two or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
• Understands website metrics and best practices
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
• Good at problem-solving and communication
• Strong writing skills

Additional Information

• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Experience is an asset
