Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all paid digital campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other channels while managing the digital media budget.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies for multiple brands and regions, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and campaign needs.
  • Drive performance in paid search and SEO by optimizing bidding, keywords, ad copy, content strategy, and technical SEO in collaboration with agencies.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, timelines, creative asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination for launches and key marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Martech integrations, including CDPs, CRM, automation tools, pixels, and tracking in collaboration with IT, analytics teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance (CPA, ROAS, conversions) using tools like GA4, Firebase, Adjust, and SEMRush.
  • Lead agency relationships (media and SEO) and guide internal teams to deliver best-in-class digital execution and personalization strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance targeting, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with strong performance marketing and Martech expertise.
  • Proficiency in META, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, SEO, and digital tracking technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Looker, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience working with media agencies, cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Knowledge of CDPs, CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce), and AI-driven marketing/personalization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform in fast-paced, data-driven environments; industry experience in entertainment/e-commerce/retail is a plus.
