Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead annual, quarterly, and monthly 360° digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and OEM requirements.
- Own and optimize the digital marketing budget across paid media channels, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant digital channels to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against key metrics including Cost per Lead, Click-Through Rate, Quality Ratio, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Lead end-to-end digital campaign execution, including creative development, campaign activations, product launches, and collaboration with OEM marketing teams.
- Manage digital media, creative agencies, paid media agencies, and external vendors, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, quality, and delivery against agreed objectives.
- Drive digital transformation through AI-enabled marketing solutions, automation, emerging technologies, and new digital channels to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Data Analytics, OEMs, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Required Background & Experience:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience managing digital marketing activities across multiple brands, markets, or business units.
- Experience in the automotive, retail, or other performance-driven industries is preferred.
- Proven experience managing significant digital marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Strong track record in performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI improvement.
- Experience working with OEM/principal marketing teams on co-marketing initiatives, campaign compliance, reporting, and digital marketing standards.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, AI-driven marketing, marketing automation, and digital diversification.
