We are looking for an individual to take full ownership of our Shopify storefront and drive performance marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing product launches, app integrations, and landing page optimization, while also leading the strategy and execution of paid advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:
- Shopify Management: Manage the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and optimizing landing pages.
- Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta and Google Ads, managing significant budgets with a focus on scaling Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Retention & Email Marketing: Design and automate advanced email and SMS marketing flows (including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, and Win-back campaigns) using Shopify-integrated tools.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Create high-converting, native-level English copy for advertisements, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Utilize GA4 and Shopify Analytics to generate weekly performance reports and identify bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers and video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker: Essential for effective communication and copywriting.
- Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Management Proven: Documented track record of scaling an e-commerce brand.
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing automation.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required for UAE Manager visa; must be attested for the visa process, and the candidate should be an immediate joiner.
