We are looking for a dynamic individual to take full ownership of our Shopify storefront and lead various aspects of performance marketing, customer retention, and content creation. The successful candidate will also manage external creative freelancers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
- Shopify Management: Oversee the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimization.
- Performance Marketing: Lead strategy and execution for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets focused on scaling Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.
- Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Utilize GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
- Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
Requirements
- Native English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
- Shopify Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Management Proven: Demonstrated track record of scaling an e-commerce brand.
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required for the UAE "Manager" visa title; must be attested for the visa process and an immediate joiner.
