Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns driven by data insights. You will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders daily to ensure campaign success and drive growth. Your role requires an in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics stacks, including the full digital suite by Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and local publishers. Your role will also involve doing post-campaign analysis and sharing insights with stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Main responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, including YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and programmatic.
• Media Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute media plans, scheduling campaigns on various platforms to ensure creative and performance efficiency in meeting marketing objectives.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with the brand team and platform teams to bring new ideas for social media, sharing best practices and innovative strategies.
• Performance Reporting: Build comprehensive reports to track overall performance, including ROI and KPI metrics, to inform strategic decisions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Media.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local media landscape.
  • Proven experience in media planning, media management, and campaign implementation.
  • Good to have agency experience.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to adopt a consumer-centric approach, leveraging data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Embrace a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in both copywriting and visual design aspects of digital marketing.
