Position

The Digital Onboarding Specialist is responsible for reviewing and creating BBD customer onboarding application journeys for the company Office Banking solutions, the company Direct online channel, IVR, SMS, eStatements, Signature modifications, and other BBD products setups. This role provides complete customer profile setup, service package, pricing, limit setup, and user access support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review documentation provided for onboarding, IVR, SMS registration, eStatements, and ensure compliance requirements are met for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure setup and access creation for the company Office Banking solutions, the company Direct online channel, IVR, SMS registration, and other BBD products are within agreed turnaround as per departmental SLA.
  • Assign and issue tokens against user IDs as per client requests.
  • Manage signature modifications, POA, and reactivation requests according to SOP and the company policy.
  • Assist with non-qualified service, including document updates, to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests.
  • Communicate onboarding progress regularly with the line manager and handle high priority requests effectively.
  • Identify gaps/red flags and escalate them in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and Sharia Compliance.

Work Conditions

  • Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • Overtime may be required on days off, public holidays, or after daily work hours.
  • Daily breaks shall not exceed 30 minutes.
  • Coordinate with team members on a daily basis to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the company’s BBD products and services.
  • Strong understanding of UAE banking procedures, regulations, and risks.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and a history of contributing to process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across various departments.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities is essential.
