The Digital Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing a strategic landscape for a set of digital partners, collaborating closely with leadership teams. This role involves developing a three-year strategy roadmap for partners across four key portfolios: Government, Academia, Corporates, and Fintech Partners. Key responsibilities include account management, strategy definition, planning, engagement optimization to drive business value, and effective communication with business leaders and partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic partnership engagement for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage a classification of partners including Academia, Technology Partners, Government entities, ENBD Group Business Leaders, Incubators & Accelerators, and Fintechs.
- Foster relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of outsourced work and services.
- Identify partner strengths and strategize with business leaders to prioritize engagements for optimal value.
- Manage project resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure alignment of programs/projects with business objectives and maintain data confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for knowledge expansion and drive research and data-driven engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Account Management or Digital Partnership Management within enterprise organizations.
- Knowledge of banking domains, especially in at least two business verticals.
- Good understanding of Technical Application Architecture, Security, compliance, and Audit requirements.
- Relevant digital and technical skills within business and technology management.
- Leadership and program management experience.
- Strong analytical, strategic orientation, and conceptual thinking skills.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years in a relevant IT-based degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
