Key Responsibilities:

Payment Optimization: Enhance efficiency and reduce costs by refining payment methods and processes.
Process Enhancement: Streamline financial workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and reconciliation.
Vendor Management: Negotiate competitive terms, manage relationships, and monitor performance.
Risk & Compliance: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Leadership & Strategy: Mentor a team and drive the company's payment strategy forward.
Data & Insights: Leverage analytics to optimize payment performance and decision-making.

About You:

8+ years of experience in finance operations or payments, specializing in digital payment optimization.
Strong experience in payment processing, merchant acquiring, PSPs, and payment gateways.
Proven analytical and leadership skills with a track record of driving efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
