Digital Platform Lead - SiteCore Development Projects (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Lead for a contract role based in Abu Dhabi. This is a key position requiring a technical expert in Sitecore and .NET to lead our enterprise-level digital platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical designs, code development, and component testing for Sitecore-based solutions.
• Architect and document integrated solutions involving Sitecore, DAM, Coveo Search, and 3rd-party systems.
• Design and implement templates/layouts for multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-channel scenarios.
• Define and govern development standards, best practices, and performance/scalability guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Lead issue resolution during testing phases and for production incidents.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to drive optimal digital solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience:

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Sitecore content management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Sitecore development projects with .NET integration.
• Sitecore Certification and Microsoft Azure Developer Certification are required.
• Expertise in Sitecore 9.x, SXA, C#, ASP.NET, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong experience with Coveo integration, multi-lingual solutions, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, Angular, or React) and DevOps practices.

Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (6 months, renewable to long-term)
Notice Period: Less than 30 days (Immediate joiners are highly preferred)
Ideal Candidate: Available to join immediately or within 30 days. Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
