Position

The Digital Product Expert has end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization, and rollout of commercial products, services, channel formulas, and processes within one or more segments, aiming to achieve an optimum customer experience. This role primarily supports the Product Owner/MarTech Lead in product strategy, design & delivery, and aims to develop a highly functional, engaging, and effective self-service platform for business team enablement. The role is part of the company’s Digital Studio and collaborates with other PPOs/Platform Owners and experts to achieve team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team comprising Engineers, Platform Admins, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Leads, Designers, and QAs to fulfill business and customer needs through digital delivery.
  • Evaluate and prioritize the team’s backlog to streamline program priorities while maintaining the technical integrity of platform components.
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, ISG, Architecture, Operations, CX Team, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver optimal platform features and functionalities.
  • Develop intuitive platform features to enhance digital adoption and minimize reliance on traditional channels.
  • Ensure compliance and address incidents and improvement needs efficiently.
  • Use technical expertise to facilitate agile events (QPM, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and manage project implementations based on strategy and alignment with PO/MarTech Lead.
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale projects across multiple countries, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM, or CDP with a proven track record in large-scale programs.
  • Experience in managing multiple external vendors and delivery partners.
  • Skilled in defining platform vision, roadmap, and execution in alignment with business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CDP domains, including customer data unification and migrations between platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Consumer Protection Regulations (CPR) and regional data privacy requirements.
