Digital Product Expert

The Proxy Product Owner partners with the Product Owner and Agile squad to translate product strategy and business requirements into working digital solutions and customer journeys. Responsibilities include defining functional specifications, workflows, use cases, interfaces, user stories, and acceptance criteria; gathering and translating business requirements into clear, actionable software requirements; managing and prioritizing the product backlog in line with the product roadmap; ensuring committed backlog items are completed within each sprint; contributing to sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos; identifying technology opportunities that support business goals; acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams; driving squad execution and ensuring progress against product roadmap commitments; and working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Governance, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Additionally, support testing, release readiness, and implementation activities.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in digital product, technical project delivery, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, and Azure DevOps.
• Technical experience in development or testing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Collaborative, delivery-focused, and proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude.
