About the Role
As a Proxy Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the decision-makers and the development team. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, managing the Product Backlog, and facilitating collaboration to ensure timely release of product increments to customers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with stakeholders and development teams regarding product decisions.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to inform product development.
• Define and prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Plan the implementation of the Backlog items in collaboration with the development team.
• Decide and communicate release timelines for product increments to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a product ownership or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
