The role holder will be involved in leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric digital products that have a significant business impact. As a core member of the client digital unit team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital products, with a mission to shape and implement transformative products for both customer and employee experiences. You'll play an important role in leading agile teams to develop innovative solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities while ensuring creativity and relevance.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team, accepting final product output and focusing on achieving defined outcomes instead of detailing how the work is completed.
- Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as implement 'test and learn' experimentation to refine future deliverables, measure performance, and adjust the overall roadmap of deliverables as necessary.
- Translate business strategies and needs into execution-ready work for an Agile product team; define team goals and strategy ensuring alignment with circle and value stream vision; articulate team goals and strategy effectively to key stakeholders, Circle Leads, and team members.
- Act as the voice of the end-user; possess a deep understanding of customer needs, proactively seek feedback, and ensure that requirements are clearly defined; guarantee that team outputs meet established acceptance criteria.
- Optimize the flow of value by setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions.
- Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; seek opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
- Share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in working methods within a value stream.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting a positive team culture and encouraging collaboration and self-organization.
- Function within the framework and boundaries of Group policies, as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
- Make decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in digitization and digital project delivery.
- Experience in Housing Programs of the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mobile/Online UI/UX experience.
- Good knowledge/experience in Agile delivery.
- Innovative thinking.
- Knowledge of core banking systems is preferred.
- A solid track record in both business requirements and technical implementations.
