About the Role
The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team, delivering high-impact consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to clients across the MENA region. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in Property Technology (PropTech) and demonstrated experience in developing, launching, and managing digital products within the real estate ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovation, with a particular focus on PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
- Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the enhancement of PropTech solutions, including real estate platforms, property management solutions, real estate marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, smart property solutions, or other technology-enabled real estate offerings.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement.
- Lead product delivery as Product Owner, actively participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, guide the development team in product and sprint backlog.
- Build a digital product development and management framework/methodology leveraging best practices aligned with client peculiarities.
- Train and guide other junior product managers in the team.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in PropTech (Property Technology), with direct involvement in developing, managing, or scaling digital products within the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong track record of launching and optimizing digital or enterprise solutions.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategy.
- Experience working with a management consultancy firm for 2+ years is a plus.
- Strong English and Arabic proficiencies.
- Experience in Product Management tooling, such as Amplitude, Full Story, Adobe Experience Cloud, Mixpanel, etc.
