The Digital Product Owner is responsible for defining, creating, and delivering the bank’s Consumer Digital Mobile offerings, ensuring alignment with business and market needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Mobile Banking across multiple agile squads.
• Define and manage the digital product roadmap and backlog.
• Own KPIs for digital usage, activation, and engagement.
• Align product vision with customer, market, and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with business, technology, and other stakeholders.
• Define and create epics, themes, and stories for execution.
• Drive agile squads to build and launch high-quality digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and technological advancements to enhance digital offerings.

Experience & Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, designing, and developing digital solutions.
• Agile Scrum Master & Agile Product Owner certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in software development environments using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Agile product development and frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
