Job Purpose:
The Digital Products Delivery Lead is responsible for:
- Co-owning and facilitating the delivery of products within the assisted banking tribe alongside Global Product Owners.
- Promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation among Agile squads.
- Managing product dependencies of Digital Products’ Epics/Features, tracking and mitigating associated risks.
- Acting as Scrum Master and point of escalation for issues or risks in the Agile delivery squads.
- Supporting technology and business tribe heads in managing product funding and conducting Portfolio Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s Digital Strategy for digital product delivery.
- Maintain high platform stability and compliance with non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate communication with senior stakeholders, providing updates on delivery status.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Certifications: Prince 2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master/Product Owner.
- Experience:
- Overall: 10+ years
- Agile: 4+ years
- Release Management: 3+ years
- Banking/Financial domain: 3+ years
- Skills: Knowledge of AWS or Azure, strong leadership, and Agile management.
