The Digital Products Delivery Lead will co-own and facilitate the delivery of digital products across various business segments including Retail Banking, Business Banking, and Corporate Banking, ensuring their alignment with the organization’s digital strategy. This role involves setting up cross-functional Agile squads or vendor-managed teams to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-own the delivery of digital products alongside Product Owners and Global Product Owners.
- Manage the interfaces and dependencies of digital product features, ensuring proper prioritization and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate and coordinate activities within the Agile tribe as a Scrum Master of Scrum Masters.
- Escalate issues and risks, ensuring focus on efficiency and business value.
- Manage product funding and provide budget utilization updates.
- Conduct Product Portfolio Reviews with Tribe Leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage resource capacity and assist with resourcing demands and hiring for squads.
- Oversee vendor-based deliveries and manage end-to-end release processes.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Essential)
- Certifications: Agile Methodology (Essential), Prince 2, PMP, PSM, CSPO & CDMP (Optional)
- Experience: 8+ years overall, with 5+ years in Agile & Release Management and 6+ years in Data & Analytics Delivery. Experience in the Banking/Financial domain is preferred (3+ years).
