About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and arranging new projects after executing data collection, research, and analysis. The role involves active research to design new projects, as well as preparing and presenting innovative ideas to improve current processes that affect the business. Additionally, the role includes providing regular update reports to ensure projects remain on track, including budget tracking, benchmarking, and milestone monitoring, all within established KPIs, budgets, and policies.

Key Activities
Project Management
- Manage project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and escalate non-compliance items.
- Determine and highlight project changes and create action plans accordingly.
- Lead a portfolio of project and program management services (including analysis, execution, and delivery) for the ITOT department.
- Supervise project and program budget, costs, resource allocation, and reallocations.
- Prioritize programs and projects based on changing needs, resource constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
- Communicate the status of the project and program portfolio to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep defined documents of project scope, targets/objectives, translating business benefits into clear project objectives.
- Manage improvements in strategic project management processes and ensure motivation and excellence in project delivery.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar to achieve each goal and objective.

- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes, considering best practices and changes in the business environment, with a focus on cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
- Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional research and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of project analysis in a related field.
Education and Certifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
